BE-Level 2是基室的第3层，也是基室九大层中比较危险的一层。

BE-Level 2为一个地下洞穴，由深板岩和少量矿物构成，洞穴上方有一个巨型空洞，且疑似为人工建造，BE.M.E.G.推测这层可能是一个基室中的矿井，而空洞就是矿井的入口，这里有着少量矿物，主要为铁矿和煤矿，也有少量金矿和钻石矿，它们只能用基室石镐挖掘，这里会出现一些箱子，其中通常装着一些矿石，有时也会有一些工具，且在箱子旁还可能出现熔炉，高炉或工作台，[1]，这里有时会出现一些普通石头，切记不要触碰或切入这些石头，因为这些石头很可能是被虫蚀的，如果贸然触碰或切出可能会出现大量大型蠹虫。这层中通常充斥着各种怪物，其经常潜伏在黑暗之中等着玩家们自投罗网。这里唯一的光源是矿洞内的火把，在有火把的地方基本是安全的，但如果你试图切入火把，你就有可能会切出失败并遇到大量怪物，火把旁会生成少量特殊物资，存放在箱子或潜影盒内，主要为面包，木棍和石头，但有时也会有一些杏仁水瓶和附魔之瓶。
BlockLevel 2中也会出现一些特殊的虫蚀石头，在玩家靠近时会放出几只僵尸或骷髅并恢复成普通石头，它们被BE.M.E.G.的一部分人认为是一种基室独有的未知强大怪物所造成，但这种怪物至今在基室还没有目击现象，因此BE.M.E.G.推测要么这种怪物不存在，这种现象的出现是因为其他原因，要么这种怪物不可见。
时间[]
这里的时间与正常MCBE世界中不同，这里的时间不会变化，但与开启了终为白日设置的世界不同，这里的时间锁定在午夜，而不是中午，但这里存在着未知光源发出的微弱光亮，推测为因为某种原因生成的光源方块，但这些微弱的光亮并不会影响怪物生成。

生物[]
这里充斥着各种怪物，主要为僵尸与骷髅，有时也会生成蜘蛛与洞穴蜘蛛，且这些怪物会潜伏在黑暗中伏击玩家，并且造成的伤害也比普通怪物更高。
